Dr. Iranmanesh is a contracted PPO provider with Delta Dental. To expedite the process, we kindly ask that you provide your insurance information before your first visit. This will allow us to process claims more efficiently and ensure you receive any entitled reimbursements promptly.

Payment Policy
Payment for services is due at the time they are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have any concerns regarding your account, feel free to contact us at (925) 827-0202. Our team is happy to assist you with any questions regarding billing or financing.
Responsibility for Charges
It’s important to remember that you are responsible for the full payment of fees charged by our office, regardless of your insurance coverage. Most insurance companies respond within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid its portion is your responsibility, and we greatly appreciate your prompt payment.
